Beginning January 15, 2015, I’ll be the Researcher-in-Residence at Signal Culture in Owego, NY. During my time at Signal Culture I will be researching artist-produced public access television, specifically what Rob Danielson has dubbed  “Viewer Response Television,” live programming produced by artists that featured call-in shows, interactive games, party chatlines and, even, the real-time manipulation of the image on the screen.
